How to Volunteer

Help a City Department

TLCC swim aidesTo see what’s available, check out our Current Opportunities page. If something piques your interest, complete and submit the Application Form. Once we receive the form you’ll be scheduled for an interview. After the interview, we’ll refer you to the department to see if there is a good match. If so, then a schedule for training or orientation will be set.

4th Saturday Service Projects

TLCC swim aidesFrom April to October, the city offers monthly hands-on service projects. It’s your opportunity to enjoy some fresh air, get your hands dirty, and do something good for your neighborhood and community! Projects range from cleanups to graffiti removal to fixing picnic benches or play equipment at our local parks. These morning projects will get your blood moving and acquaint you better with your city and your neighbors. Learn more.
